    Could this be the start of a genuine shake up? Yates's position is looking increasingly untenable.

    I don't think Yates was named in either the Reasoned Decision or the affidavits, was he? Sky surely wouldn't have grounds for removing him unless something does come out, either by Yates himself or by others.
