Shimano hg94 and KMC campagnolo link

Hi all,

Does anyone know if I can use a kmc campagnolo quick link with a shimano hg94 chain?
I accidentally ordered the wrong link for my new chain.

Chain is for 10 speed.

    TBH i would be supprised if it works OK as i believe Campy 10spd chains are a different thickness.

    I believe it will work in an emergency but is not reccomended if you dont like your nuts landing on the crossbar as the chain gives way.
