Canyon road bike sizing

Are there any canyon owners out there who can give me a idea on sizing, tried there sizing program on the site and was not convinced.

I am 5ft 10 with a 30.5 inside leg, any advice will be greatly appreciated, looking at the road lite al 6.0sl.

I'm 6'2" with c. 33"inside leg - their fitting guide told me 56 (last year model) but did a Retul bikefit and decided that a 58 was right. Came from a 61 Specialised Secteur and the 58 cf slx fits and is very nice to ride!

Looks like I may be between sizes, a 54-56 so may just go with the 56,when I have sat on other bikes the 56 always seems about right.

Do they come with stock size stems or can you change the size, maybe a 90 mm stem would be better as this is what ribble advised, thanks.
