British Cycling benefit - Cyclist Magazine

I signed up for the membership benefit of getting the Cyclist Magazine (3 issues for £3), included was the opportunity to get the digital version also. I received the email telling me to download the app "search for Cyclist Magazine" but I cannot find the app in the iTunes Store. The email I received said that the app would be available to download from 19 September.

So - is it not available yet? Or why can I not see it?

Has anyone downloaded it successfully?
