Anyone with a Pinarello FP Due (2012) managed to fit any mudguards? We've tried Crud RoadRacer MK II but there isn't enough clearance below the brakes. Is ther any that will fit?

  • I managed to squeeze a set of Road Racers mk11 on to my FP2 but it took some fettling to stop the rubbing. My 25mm continue 4seasons fit better with the guards than the stock 23mm tyres that came on the bike. The 23mm seem to sit lower but wider than the Continentals. Can you trim the guards a little to get a better fit under the brakes?

Possibly, but we were going to try selling the Road Racers on flee bay and buying something more sturdy, like RaceBlades instead. I was just hoping to find someone else who had tried an alternative before hacking bits off.
