Just got my first bike with a suspension fork and haven't got a clue what i'm doing with them. I've looked at the manual but it doesn't seem to tell me much, i have these 2 dials on the top of the fork legs. Anyone know what they do and how i adjust them?

Any help gratefully received

The one (RH photo) doesn't do anything, the other sets the preload to set the sag (how much of the travel you use just sitting on the bike normally).

You may have a rebound adjuster on the bottom as well?
