My pimped up Viking VK100, not the best but cheap and rides well, without all the cheap components the frame is surprisingly light too.

Bad sign that you can't even find it by googling, with those forks I should think it scales at over 16KG, hope you ride in Lincolnshire!Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

by pimped do you mean the fox stickers on the forks ? cheap or not, as long as you enjoy riding it, thats all that really mattersSpecialized Hardrock Sport Disc 10- CANYON Nerve AM 6 20110

The Fox stickers are just there to make it go faster.
It's really not that heavy, climbs well and takes quite a bit of punishment, for a bargain basement bike I've never had much trouble with it even with the cheap parts. The brakes for instance are promax, not a classy make at all but when you pull the levers you stop, when you snatch the levers you go over the handlebars, same as most brakes. You don't have to spend $$$ to get something reliable. No matter where you are, that's where you've been0 -
Re-reading my post sounds harsher than intended -sorry, enjoying your riding is ALL that matters!
My daughter had Promax on hers for a while, and yes they work fairly well but as she's a wee slip of a thing I put some Clarkes CMD5's on to lighten it a bit (like a quarter of a kilo!)Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0 -
