any idea which year it is? This is a cannondale synapse carbon 3. can't seem to find out any info on google.

Looks like maybe a 2009-2011 model. You can tell by the aero seat tube, manuals are here: http://www.cannondale.com/manual_road/
If you look at the bottom under the BB there should be a serial number; email Cannondale and they will be able to confirm for you0 -
