Bit of a numpty question, I have a Thomson seat post and my seat keeps slipping in it. I've already stripped one set of bolts trying to get it tight enough. Just when I think I've got I tigh I go for a ride, get uncomfortable and find the seat has changed angle by a couple of degrees.
Saddle is a prologo, standard Ti rails.

At a guess you are not seating the splines togther before tigtening the bolts.

and may have now stripped the splines off.

also it is best to tighten each bolt a bit at a time to get good clamping.
