Hey. Newbie to mtb looking for riding buddies near airdrie lanarkshire. Not far from glasgow and often in stirling areas. Gym fit but need to adapt my fitness to the bike so happy to learn from someone who has patience to show me some stuff and who might want a good riding buddy , recently lost job and spent all my money on the bike so if you have any spare kit to get me started would be gratefull so i dont look out of place. Ie shoes size 12. Waist for shorts around a 32/34 and maybe myb tops and pads. Elbow and knee/shin. Dont bin em get some dosh for 'em
