Hi folks :)

trying to fit my HOPE M4's (183mm front rotor) to my FOX F series...

I've currently got an avid adaptor on but the pads aren't fully over the rotor, so I ordered what i though was the correct bracket from CRC but thats moved the caliper even further away!

what do i need?

thanks folks...

which avid did you get? if a 185mm one then your caliper is only 1mm away from where it should be.

if a 180mm one then 2.5mm of spacers will put it in the right place.

but you need Mount H-Post Caliper to Post (F-183) if you are going to buy again.

Thats the one i ordered but it seems to make it sit further away!?
  • applogies, the rotor is 180mm!

the avid bracket is 185, so i'm 5mm out with that bracket?

    no you are 2.5mm out.

so Hope dont do a POST POST 180 front but others do or longer bolts and 10mm tube spacers.
