Guys,
Just after some build ideas for a TT rig to build this winter. Need to keep costs as low as possible (due to swmbo!) and looking for some inspiration/build ideas.
So what do the BR faithful have at home for TT use and any ideas on decent but cheaper end of spectrum build ideas much appreciated.

This is mine bought for a bit of fun but ashamed to say having had it six months and not even ridden it yet. Need to get it set up for a fit (hopefully next week if i have time) Too busy with my road bike. Looking forward to a go on it though.

DHHT, how did you do the disk? Can't really afford to spend a grand on a fancy Campag one!0

Wonder how much that weighs? Might fall apart possibly!0

My current one, total dream to ride mega mega fast, the wonky chain rings are very Wiggo!
And my old faithful that served me very well, my first real TT bike, built it up bit by bit!

Cost around £35 in total + a wheel that I already had,, used this link as a guide: http://forum.slowtwitch.com/forum/Slowt ... _P3552095/
I ended up buying sheets then measuring out the disc rather than having it precut as it's cheaper to cut the disc yourself, As well as this guide, I put double sided carpet tape on length of spokes and pressed the cover on for more security. As the insulation tape isn't great, plus more carpet tape round the rim between spokes. Took around 2 hours to do I reckon.0 -
