Hi all.
This will probably sound weird but I'm having a big problem with clothing.
Basically I'm finding that when I wear my fleece for riding I get way too hot and out of breath. However with it off I'm cold. I wear shorts too and these seem fine.
Whenever I look at pictures in the mags etc they allways seem clothed up to the hilt. How are they riding in all that gear without roasting to death. It makes me wonder whether I have the right clothing.
Cheers

Layers... shirt in the summer; v thin merino vest and shirt now it's cooler; base layer and shirt when it gets cold; base layer, shirt and jacket when there is snow and ice! (Shell and/or detour to pub when it is raining).Vitus Sentier VR+ (2018) GT Grade AL 105 (2016)

Try a windproof jacket or gilet instead of a fleece. You mainly want to be maintaining a temperature, not raising it. I rarely wear much of an insulating layer unless it's well south of 0-degrees0
