Help ID'ing brakes

Hi, not sure if this is the correct thread or not so apologies if its incorrect.
I've recently got hold of a town bike from 1983. I'm told it is a tresor elite and it has stickers stating it was built in west Germany. I'm starting to build it into a single speed for the short commute to work. Most things have to be replaced and I want to make sure I get the right parts.
The wheels are 26 inch with 1 3/8 tyres and I want to replace all of the brakes (alloy rims are on the way) but am not sure what to get? Any help here would be much appreciated. I can upload a better pic of the brakes themselves tomorrow.

why do you need to ID the brakes?
what do you actually need to know?
as you say you are replacing them."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

Sorry - I need to ID them so I know what to buy. I'm mainly looking for recommendations but I realise now that my initial post was not very clear about that!0

Thanks for that. I've found a (slightly) cheaper set made by Tektro that have the same 70mm drop.0
