Haha, I was up at Cannock last Saturday and on the end of the Monkey Trail there were loads. Last one was over a foot deep and put me on my arse! Couldn't get out of the SPD's quick enough and went over like a tree! :D Luckily no one saw....
    Cheers,
    Simon.

  • had a comedy moment like that at coed y brenin a couple weeks ago. took a small short cut over a bit of muddy ground and onto a road via the gutter at the side. turns out the 'gutter' is about a foot deep but full to the brim with sandy mud. i wasnt even looking where i was going as i hit it and the bike dissapeared below me. straight otb. worst of all, big group of kids had just come from the green run and stood staring!!

@ Paul.Skibum, took me ages to get that kink out with my mallet

Crispy, hope you showed the kids you were 'meant to do it'.......

Can't believe how much the rain has changed my local run. Streams have cut away so much ground and placed rocks where you don't expect them.
