So finally after more deliberation I have decided to go ahead and build up a Single Speed commuter bike.
I have always wanted to build one myself and so decided to go for it.
Ordered the parts so should arrive tomorrow but here is what it will consist of:
NS Analog Frame lemon/lime
NS Analog Fork lemon/lime
Shimano Square tapered BB
Prolite 46t chainset
700c/ flip/flop wheelset (with 25c Maxxis detonator tyres)
Ritchey classic short flatbar
Octane 1 seatpost
Blank blue/white seat (had one of these before very comfy)
Blank U Brake
Blank Lever
white/blue lock on grips
NS analog Stem
Other bits and pieces like blue brake cable etc
After 2 days of testing a 46/18 gear setup covers my needs nicely. I will report back the build process shortly..
