Not sure if this is allowed on this forum, but I am talking to suppliers to get a few of these cheaper

I am simply seeing what response I get from this to see if I could negotiate a better price, hopefully less than £120 delivered.

Try this, I believe it is currently the best value light on the market. It depends what you want, but £120 gets you nothing from Hope, Exposure et al0 -
£127 on BestOfferBuyVitus Sentier VR+ (2018) GT Grade AL 105 (2016)
Giant Anthem X4 (2010) GT Avalanche 1.0 (2010)
Kingley Vale and QECP Trail Collective - QECP Trail Building0 -
Get one from there then. It will be subject to 20% vat, have a foreign plug and no warranty, plus it's £7 more expensive.
The more people I can get interested the cheaper they will be, target price is below £120. If no one is interested I will just buy myself one for £140.0 -

As someone who sells the MJ-872 light I was put off, stocking the MJ-880 because of the price and the increased size.
The main thing that dissuade me from stocking them was the size of the battery pack which contains 6 lithium cells - its also housed in a rubber/neoprene bag which I am not the biggest fan of when it comes to weather-proofing. The previous (MJ-872) light is fully waterproof and fits comfortably on your back or attached to your frame and can be even used for helmet mounting. Not sure Id be a fan of mounting the newer one on my back.
Just my 2 cents - if you think its for you go for it and get a bulk discount.

How about a discount on the MJ 872? Probably still bright enough!0

Other advantage with the 872 is that it still uses the same battery connectors as all the other magicshine clones but the MJ-880 is different I understand. So you are tied into buying special packs if you need to replace or want a spare.0
