I got my bike with a set of these on. They look like this;

    We use to sell FiR rims back in the day, about 1994/95 time. They were at the time better quality than what Mavic were putting out in our opinion. They are / were an Italian brand and they came specced on Kona's for a while IIRC. We only stocked the MTB range.
