How did you make it, looks good?0

I used 6mm ally, cut the shape with a jigsaw and a file, drilled a 25mm hole at one end then rebated the hole freehand with a router, made the locking in plate thingy on the bottom out of 2mm ally using a hammer and chisel to form the lugs and shaped with a file. Bolted the 2 parts together and polished it all with an oil stone. :-)0

looks great like how it fits to the stem.0

Adykey......I see you made two versions (16mm & 28mm?). How did you make these? Have a garmin 800 on the way and very keen to get it mounted out front like you have rather than on the stem. thanks0
-
Bianchrider.....I made it with 3D Printing Technology, the material is SLS - PA2200, and indeed I have developed two versions now 16 mm and 28 mm, that is the distance between the two bolts on the stem...0

Would you consider making them available to others?0

Just updated my home made garmin mount.0 -
Gotta be said that mount is SO what I'm looking for. Since fitting 3T clip on bars there is nowhere for the outfront Garmin mount to go, this is the perfect answer. Any chance of knocking one up for me please?, distance between bolts is 28mm. PM if you can help me out0

Very nice. Looks quite similar to these:

My only worry with these is the metal interface to the plastic mount on the back of the Garmin. Are you worried at all about the tabs being worn away as with the original K-Edge? How tricky would it be to build in a Delrin insert like on the newer K-Edge?0 -
Many many apologies, I've just noticed the later picture of your new version. That is perfect! There are a millions of us on here who would love one.0
