Something just dawned on me... as PG crashed out, he should therefore either have gone into the ambulance, the 'soigneur's' car, or the broom-wagon... someone is bound to correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty certain a rider isn't allowed into the team-car at any stage during the race... anyone care to delve into the UCI regulations?
Don't know what the official regulations say, but it's fairly common even in GTs to see riders climbing off into the team car. If it is still on the books then I'm sure we'll suddenly see the UCI decide to randomly enforce it and retrospectively penalise a team with a GC contender when one of their domestiques climbs off into the team car during a GT!.

That would put a different spin on Britain's Summer of Cycling. I imagine that right now Dave B is double checking that Siutsou was DEFINITELY taken to hospital in the ambulance on stage 3 of the Tour...

To bring things back on topic, Gilbert seems to be sporting black/white combo shorts now. Think I prefer Cav's all black, but these are better than all white

    Ah, the 'modesty' black panel.

TBH, if you've got it, flaunt it.

Cav's "13 incher" tweet back in my head again.

I'll go with the modesty panel.

    I thought Vino had retired?!

P.S. He's diddy IRL. Vino that is, not 'Big' George ;)

Good old Cippo, now no-one is under the illusion that Gilbert was looking a bit garish!

Good Old Cippo +1 I like the rainbow zebra stripes. But sorry to be pedantic but I think that is the old World Cup leader's jersey as opposed to World Champ as the stripes go down the jersey instead of around it.
