Just a quick question, how thick should genuine shimano fluid be? Got a brake bleed kit (Dr Coopers) delivered today off ebay with 50 ml genuine shimano oil and the fluid is as thin as water. Was expecting it to be more like vegetable oil in consistency, it is hopefully the proper stuff but just wanted to make sure.

Very thin.......thinner than water, viscous fluid would inhibit brake responce, DOT brake fluid is thin.....
