Recommended multi tool to fit in small lezyne saddle bag

I have asked something similar before but now have the smallest lezyne saddle bag, so anyone know of the best multi tool to get that will fit it, and waht bits of the multi tool are actually needed, lezyne 19 seems a bit overkill, with a lot of bits that will never be used on the ride???

also can anyone recommend a good quality puncture repair kit/patches, and tire leavers?

This is really small and good value, includes an emergency rear mech hanger, but doesnt include chain breaker.

Another alternative is to do without some of the stuff and just get a chain breaker and the two most commonly used hex keys - this is an easy way to do that:

Or some will say just take a single or a couple of hex keys and leave it at that.
