Ride Starting Mid Way Between Southampton & London

I'm hoping someone can help me out here. I'm planning to meet up with a mate of mine half way up the M3 between Southampton and London so we both have the same distance to travel. Can anyone recommend a good location to park and start a route and if possible tell me of a good off road route around the 25m mark? Thanks.

I'd be interested in the GPX, if you have it? I think I know most of the route, but always worth having a look!
