What are Ribble like?

I ordered a pair of Shimano Saint flat pedals as they were miles cheaper than everywhere else

http://www.ribblecycles.co.uk/sp/mtb-bm ... 6000000000

I was a bit lazy and chose not to register and paid by paypal. Thus I don't have an account with them so cant check order status!

Are they generally reliable? I know some sites say in stock but don't actually have the stuff. I ordered 2 days ago and was hoping they'd arrive this morning :(

  • I've never had a problem with them personally, ordered a few times there.

Like any big retailer I'm sure you can find someone unhappy with them, if you look hard enough.

Yes but not the fastest. But being lazy that shouldn't worry you...

I have ordered from them many times. They are not the fastest to deliver, but they are cheap and are great after sales if you need it.

Stick with it, I would recommend them every time.

Ah but it's Wiggle's fault that Ribble are crap on occasion.

Ime they've been fine not the fastest to actually put something in the post but reliable and good value.

As above, they get there in the end, but don't expect them any time soon!

  • Had another email confirming despatch!

2 days to despatch is slow but I can't complain as it was half the RRP and £15 cheaper than every else including delivery!

Not got the pedals yet but it's looking like another happy customer! Thanks guys,
