Which inner tube?

Hi all,
Got a slow puncture on my rear tyre of my Giant Anthem x2, so I removed the tube tonight. It's a new bike (only had a month) and the tube I've pulled from it is a 26x1.9/2.125, I've looked on Halfords and Evans (my 2 nearest stores) and they don't seem to stock that size on their websites!?.. Don't know what to do, do I need that exact size?- The tyres are Schwalbe Racing Ralphs, it's says on the side of them 54-559 (26x2.10) 2.0-4.0 bar, 30-55 psi
Please help!
^__^ thanks

One of the same. Personally I'd get it in some water and patch it.0

Nope, anything with that rough range will do.I don't do smileys.

26 is the number you need. The other is the tyres girth. Any around 2 will be fine.0

tubes will cover a range of tyre sizes - so the 1.9 to 2.25 on your old tube is saying it will be good for tyres in those sizes. Your tyre is a 2.1 so you need a tube that covers that range. the 26 is the diameter of the wheel itself so as someone already said you need a 26 by blah to blah range tube.Closet jockey wheel pimp whore.0

Nah- would have to be the presta one, the hole wouldn't be large enough for the car one. So Evans do the same but with a presta- will that be ok?0 -

Something like this will do you. Get a couple, always good practice to carry a spare.

Thats why I said something like this. I'm helpful, but I'm not doing her internet research for her.Canyon Nerve XC7

26 x by a number with a decimal ie 2.00, 1.75 etc. 559mm is the actual diameter.
DO NOT GET A TUBE THAT HAS A FRACTIONED NUMBER ie 26 x 1 3/8 as these are different.0 -

Not even sure why I'm responding, however, she said she couldnt find a suitable tube on the Halfords website. I linked one for her, a suitable tube that is, on the Halfords website. Alternatively I could have suggested that anything in that rough range will do. thought my response was marginally more helpful. However now I stand corrected.Canyon Nerve XC7

The tubes from my local supermarket are cheap...but useless. the Presta's tend to split at the valve. Absolute pants.

I had a pack of those airwave ones though and I recently removed the valve off two in succession - I then found out that my rim tape was shifting and doing the damage - swapped to cloth tape now, much better.Closet jockey wheel pimp whore.0

I'm still running the tape that Superstar fit to their wheels as standard - which is absolute crap. Got some Syncros cloth stuff here - just waiting for a puncture (or two) before I swap it out."Why have that extra tooth if you're not using it?" - Brian Lopes
