Compared to the wide open spaced of America, with their long, straight roads, clear sight lines and crazy drivers

    Hmm London and for that matter the countryside round London has its fair share of nutters in cars... Never experienced anyone who purposely hangs behind cyclists with the horn blaring though... A senile 75 year old shouldn't be on the road anyway....
