Hi,
I'm considering purchasing a second hand SC Heckler, a 2010 model I think, spec includes full SLX, 150mm Revs and RP23 shock. Its an ex-demo model. I haven't seen it yet, but I would be grateful if some current/ex owners have any thoughts on the bike, as I don't know too much about them.
I'm basically looking for something I can ride a bit harder than my current XC-oriented bike, but will still go up things at a reasonable speed.
Any other suggestions welcome - could probably stretch to £1500 tops.

ex-demos do make great purchases as they should be well maintained by the mechanic. I reckon you've found a very descent bike.0

Thanks for that. Although I'll wait and see what condition the bike is in before deciding what to do, my first thought was it sounded good!0
