Comfort Bike for tracks and bridleways

Hi Guys
On a recent holiday to New Zealand my mum rode a Giant Trail Glide W, which she thought was very comfortable and easy to ride. General characteristics were a fat seat, with suspension in the seat post a reasonably low alloy frame, easyfire style gears and the forks had 80mm travel. See the link below:

This particular model is not available in the UK and Giant UK seems more geared towards city style comfort bikes.
Can anyone recommend anything similar?

Trek used to do a range called the Navigator but it's discontinued although you can pick up old stock. This is an equivalent
