Jump / commute tyres

I currently have these - http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/Mode ... delID=5847 - Maxis hookworm. They have been great but after around 7 years of use are nearly worn out and so want replacing. I use my bike 80% for commuting (including riding down a few sets of steps etc) and 20% what I could call freeride (snowboard term - is that XC for bikes?). These tyres have been great at both and so I am set on something similar. I have some big chunky offroad tyres for when it is wet. Bike is an Orange P7.
Anyway, anyone have any views on either of these:

or

Thanks
