chainset + BB removal question

I have a specialized robais pro 2008 and the chainset and BB are in need a change. It's about the last bit of my bike I have never touched.

My question's are ;- What tools do i need to remove the chainset and BB ?
Also , are there any vids I can't seem to find ?.
