Hi guys,

I am new here, so hello to all.

I am planning to buy a MTB and have 8 to choose from. It is hard for me to choose as the parameters are very similar...
I will be using mostly off-road. Here is a list, can you please advise which one you would choose and why? Appreciate any help.

    Wrong store....
At the sub £500 price point you want Halfords or Decathlon......nothing you've linked to comes close in terms of value.
Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.

Yeah, I know I could get a better bike in this price range but the thing is that I'm taking it through my company Ride2Work scheme and can choose only from Evans...

Hi, to me the Fuji Nevada 2.0 2012 looks like it probably has the best stuff on it out of them like the Alivio, Deore stuff and Hyraulic brakes, quite similar to this Trek http://www.evanscycles.com/products/tre ... 7#features
You probably would be able to get a better bike from halfords or something though if it was an option

The importance of putting all relevant info in the first post and not wasting peoples time!

Hydraulic forks are crucial which leaves the Trek 4300, the Scott and the Norco, of those only the Trek has hydraulic discs as well so is the no brainer option.

Hint, you want help, you play nicely.......you didn't make it clear that you had to buy from Evans in your first post, hence my 'as helpful as I could be' first reply.

Not using your sloppy seconds cream....I know where it's been!

No just an abnormal number of posts today where crucial information is missing from the first post wasting peoples time as they try and help the ones asking for it in the first place....... he only had to say sorry instead of getting all defensive!
