Ok I've got an insurance claim going on with wheelies, my wheel options are mavic open sport, campagnolo khamsin, or for a upgrade mavic aksiums. I need to make a decision by this afty so any recommendations would be great.

So I ordered the mavic aksiums but will have to wait till mid october, as an alternative the compag scirrocos. Are they a good alternative?

I've got Aksuims, they are lightweight wheels and they spin round and round and are the right size for road tyres....

What more do you want for a road bike? Hardly need to be really really strong do they? They go over a few small bumps and that's about the worst that get's thrown at them; unless you're a bad rider and ride over potholes!
