I've done it with NikWax once, worked a treat (bloody brilliant stuff)
FCN 5 belt driven fixie for city bits
CAADX 105 beastie for bumpy bits
    Litespeed L3 for Strava bits

Smoke me a kipper, I'll be back for breakfast.

i will use google-fu an check it out

i was worried as someone was telling you have to use a hair dryer to heat the wax then smooth it in etc

    sounded like a ball ache

I recall reproofing a Barbour was very messy and time-consuming, involving a pan of near-boiling water, plenty of rags and a hair-drier. Mediocre result.
Sent the other one off for repair & happily paid for factory reproofing. Looked almost new.

    http://www.ehow.co.uk/how_6040193_repro ... acket.html ?

Do this in the kitchen - will get wax drips on floor.

Only done it to a Belstaff motorbike jacket - Belstaff wax seems more greasy & messy than barbour.
    Barbour wax ?

Does she have a Scooter ?
