why did my thread disappear?

This afternoon I made a thread here about a new seat I was thinking of buying [white foam padded seat] and was asking for advice and got some replies, but bizarrely the thread disappeard, did someone delete it? I dont understand why?

    I read a post earlier today asking for a mod to delete a thread because it contained dodgy links! Maybe it was that one?
