Is this as easy as it looks?
I can't help but think all I need to do is get an 8mm allen key undo the non drive side, slide out, replace and reverse....
Seems WAY too easy to me (I'm used to Shimano so haven't done this kind of chainset / bb before)
Any hints and tips would be VERY gratefully received.

Yup, that's about it. Just be aware the seals may pop off when you are sliding the crank out so don't lose or damage them. When you are bolting it back on just keep tightening it until there is no play and you will be fine.0
