i certainly am struggling to get any kind of service out of them, wish i had paid more money for my components i ordered to receive them in good time, with no parts missing and all correct, two weeks on and still not any of the above !!!
i have not received one email or phone call to tell me items are out of stock, i have only found out when i have chased them up.
i have been promised numerous call returns, none of which have happened (4 times)
i have been promised items have shipped, only to find they have not.
i have had my order arrive to find it is both wrong and items missing
when i returned the wrong items they did not refund my postage fully but offered me half of it
i just want my order so i can build my new bike up and from what i can tell on the forums i am not the only one having problems.
needless to say i WILL NOT be buying from them again.... they were not even the cheapest option either, but i had bought tyres from them last year and had those next day.

See paragraph 6a - you have a right to reject the goods and therefore entitled to full costs, including postage refunded. Contact Trading Standards if they won't pay up.0
