Messages stuck in 'outbox' folder???

Hi

Probably the wrong place to post this but anyone having problems with PM's getting stuck in the outbox?

If so, whats the issue?

    They stay there until the recipient opens them. It's not like email.
    Science adjusts it’s beliefs based on what’s observed.
    Faith is the denial of observation so that Belief can be preserved
