Trek/Fox warranty ?

Having ridden my new Supafly 29 Elite for all of 2hrs the Fox float fork failed in the way that the new CTD feature bust, dont work no differance in each setting.Never have i had a issue with Fox what should i expect,a new fork,a fully repaired fork,and how long should i have to wait, do i have the rights to ask for a new fork in which would be quicker than waiting for it to be repaired.

You need to contact the retailer, not Trek or Fox. How long have you had the bike?

Approx 6hrs took back to the store i purchased from,a great store good bunch of lads just wondered if the likes of Trek would change for new or would they go to the likes of Mojo for repair which i feel would take a while.

You are entitled to a new fork. If the refuse, ask for a refund. This is basic consumer rights.

After say 2 or 3 weeks a repair is usually the remedy as you have accepted the goods, but you have a right to reject these as faulty.
