Not sure if this is the right section but most people will see it so here goes!
Just wanted to say a big thank you to anyone who stopped to lend a hand after my big off today at the end of the b-line boardwalk at Llandegla - it really was appreciated and I am very grateful to anyone who stopped to lend a hand
Amazingly nothing is broken or dislocated and I've only got a severe shoulder sprain and a mild concussion so got off pretty lightly. The doctor who examined me at wrexham a & e said he had never seen anyone with such big collar bones in his time practicing medicine - perhaps it does pay to be a big lad as opposed to a whippet! It really does hit home how important wearing a helmet is when you have a big un, god knows what state I'd of been in without one.
Anyway hopefully those who helped enjoyed the rest of their day and stopping to help didn't inconvenience them too much?
Just hoping for a quick recovery so I can get back in the saddle and hit it again to avoid any psyching out lol
Thanks again guys and stay safe!
