name of cartoon, 1970's.

Ok this is bugging me. I have a memory of watching a cartoon short movie of a giant (maybe) who lived in a walled garden and house and sort of danced with the weather. This is so obscure but my little sis was aking me about it the other day. I remember it being very stylised and had a voiceover rather than talking characters and i think the theme was kids discover the garden of a giant who everyone thinks is mean but is just shy and dances for them.

Any ideas ? Its killing me.

For years I had a vague memory of a cartoon from childhood about a pterodactyl that flapped about badly, finally last year I found the title of it, don't know if you ever watched Oscar the Rabbit. The pterodactyl was called Gnashers.

There's one that has been bugging me since I was a kid and I can't for the life of me remember the name of it.

Not animation but puppets with some very sinister characters in a wood with big heavy eyebrows, all very dark and as I say, I can't remember, anyone? I would love to see it again .....

I think I know what you are on about but also can't remember the name. I think it was imported from Eastern Europe somewhere if it's the same one!
