Hello all,
(Could have sworn I posted t his earlier but seemingly not!)
My cycle to work scheme has on offer very few CX bikes, and only one under £1k that has disc brakes:
http://cyclesolutions-shop.co.uk/p55228/Merida-Cyclo-Cross-4-2013-Cyclocross-Bike.aspx
I have to be honest, I have never heard of them before, but the spec looks good.
My use would be for commuting, so would look to rack it up and mudguard it, cover it in lights etc, and fit some 23 or 25mm tyres.
Anyone have any experience of this bike or even the make?
I've just read some rather suspect reviews of those brakes too :?
Cheers
Dan

2nd biggest bike manufacture and no one has heard of them, really well made bikes.
This is a decent cross bike but with full mud guard and pannier mounts so a pretty versatile bike, but..............why disc brakes? I don't think there is any need0
