Bianchi Campione to Sora 9

Good Afternoon,

I have this bike:

I also have another bike (Bianchi Nirone 7 2012) which has Sora 9 components at the moment. My plan is to upgrade my Sora 9 gear with 105. This will allow me to move the Sora 9 shifters to the Campione per as of right now you can see that the Campione has downtube shifters and not drop shifters. Here are my thoughts and please correct/fill-in the blanks as needed.

The Campione has an 8 Cassete. I will remove the 8 cassette and install the 9 Cassette from my other bike and move the shifters over to the Campione.

I've seen a Trek roadbike that has cable stops on the downtube right where the current downtube shifters are on the Campione. Do they make cable stops that will allow me to replace the Campione downtube shifters with cable stops, allowing me to move the shifting to the Sora shifters/brakes?

I don't even know if cable stops is the correct term which is why I need some help with clarifying what I'll need for this particular upgrade.
