Which one of these is better?

Hi guys, could you please give me your opinion on which of these two are better?

I can also get Specialized sirrus elite 2011 second hand for £150 is that better?

the second is more expensive but the first one has hydraulic brakes, does that make a big difference or are other the other components more important overall? PLEASE help meThanks
