I am looking to buy an Element Zero Gilet and am worried about what size to buy.
I am 5"6' and a 37-38 in chest and 32 in waist. I usually wear mediums in most other cycling gear but is this the right size for me in the Assos Gilet?
Please help!
Many thanks

I have the Assos gilet but had to buy the size below my usual Assos purchase's as I found it a tad bigger than the rest of the range of clothing which is race fit. Why not try before you buy as even online you can order a few sizes and return the size that does not fit.Brian B.0

From recollection I had an XL when my chest was about 41 or so (i.e. I was heavier than now
My chest is now 39" and I reckon I might get away with a Large.
To me medium sounds about right. My blog: http://www.roubaixcycling.cc (kit reviews and other musings)
