Morning Losers!

I tried a sleeping pill last night for the first time ever - it did sod all! Still managed to wake up at about 3am. Might try taking a couple tonight, see what happens.

I've got a lot on at work at the moment. I've promised my boss I'll have everything finished for Monday, and it's possible I might.... possible I won't. I'd rather not come in at the weekend if I can avoid it.

Morning smegs...

1st day back on the bike since finishing Kielder on Sat, been knackered all week, shows how much it took out of me I guess, felt surprisingly good today though averaging 78% mhr on the 20m in to work.

Today I will be wearing a black arm band after hearing the sad news above... may have to go for a pint later too

Sorting out the garden this morning, then its off out to get a more few jobs done. In a good mood as I got another possible job come through yesterday so looks like I might even have a choice :shock:

Crap start to the day, Sophos AV decided to throw a wobbler lastnight after taking an update which meant that the main command and control system was being quarantined, so I have been running around for last 2hrs making sure it was disabled on the PC's and servers. All before the first coffee of the day

Afternoon rug munchers,

So far so good today but not for me. My sons new chair has been set up so that he can use it now and he's had a pretty sucessful assessment in a walking frame and the physio is going to get one on order for him. The tray arrived for his buggy making it a lot more useful for him, especially when we're out, means he can play on his ipad rather than shout at us. And I got a new delivery of plastics and his feed arrived for the next month. So that him all set for our forthcoming holiday.

Me, I got to work late, still feel knackered and not looking forward to riding home in the rain.

Now I really should do some work.

Mixed bag today

Shock arrived back from being PUSH tuned -

Fitted and ready for early morning blast tomorrow -

However, I have rage today. Combination of solicitors (moving house) and family sh*t. Despite a good solid session in the gym (legs today) I still have a bit of rage (although hard liquor is easing it)
