How winter is in its way i think i need some lights as i nearly got caught out in the dark earlier on. I dont want a big bulky light as i want to keep my cannondale supersix slick. So i want something fairly aero. Ive noticed these are they any good?

No idea about those, but if you have a look in the MTB section, they have a massive thread in there about lights.
I had a read through the other day, and there's some mighty powerful lights there.0 -
I've got the Leyzene super drive, nice and compact an easy to carry a spare battery and replace on longer rides.WyndyMilla Massive Attack | Rourke 953 | Condor Italia 531 Pro | Boardman CX Pro | DT Swiss RR440 Tubeless Wheels

You should probably add a cheaper backup front and rear.0 -
The choice of lights depends on your type of riding - there are lights to be seen by when you are riding in well lit city streets, and there are lights to see by when riding unlit country lanes. You also need to consider how long you ride for and battery life.
Looking at those lights I assume you are riding well lit city streets. Personally I would prefer a rear light on the back of the bike, those ones look like they could get obscured by your legs.
For lights to be seen by, but remain discreet I would recommend Knog or Lezyne.Summer - Canyon Ultimate CF SLX 9.0 Team

Search BR for Tacx Lumos and you'll find a number of threads. Personally, I think they are inadequate and poorly constructed. Here's one:

The Tacx lights are fundamentally flawed in that when they get wet, water gets into the electronics because they're not sealed within the section that screws into your handlebars. The indicators are absolutely pointless too.
Great concept though - you're more visible (when they work) because it looks so different. Just needs a bit of work.0 -
damn shame cos as you say, it's a great concept ... hopefully they will bring a better mk.2 version out ...0

Having been caught out on a number of occasions I decided to invest in a powerful front light for winter evening rides and a bit off night time offroading, so I went for one of these

Considering what you pay for standard lights, with flimsy construction, poor levels of waterproofing and basic visibility, it represents good value.
I took it on an evening ride in the Surrey Hills yesterday and it did a great job.0 -
