getting the best out of my revs

I've just bought a set of revelation 150, worldcup, xx, solo air. I'm finding the travel ramps right up and won't go past 110 even when running the fork at much lower pressures than recommended. This also causes allot of brake dive. I was thinking about swapping for a dual air spring.
Would this be a possible upgrade? And would it be particularly difficult to to carry out?
Also is there anything else I should think about upgrading? Or trying?

It's a light fork, but not one I like - it does not have adjustable compression damping which lets it down, hence the dive.0
