Looking for a cheap very small frame

Can anyone point me in the direction of a 26er MTB frame for around £100 - £120, and starting off as small as possible? It's to shrink an adult-sized MTB down to child sized, so it would be good to find something fairly light

Why not look for something used?Currently riding a Whyte T130C, X0 drivetrain, Magura Trail brakes converted to mixed wheel size (homebuilt wheels) with 140mm Fox 34 Rhythm and RP23 suspension. 12.2Kg.0

Definitely for 26" wheels - as I say, it's to shrink an adult-sized MTB - and somewhere around 12" -14" would be ideal.
