Terrible night's sleep here (again). Woke up at 3:20 rather randomly, then struggled to get back to sleep. Might have to find me some sleeping pills or something.

Another long day looms ahead for me. Yesterday confused me a lot, I seem to have lost a mac with a specific serial number, and gained another. Thing is, the one I've gained seems to match the others better, so I'm trying to figure out where the one I put down on my records has come from!

    Laters!

    Mornin' window lickers

The weekend can't come soon enough.
    That is all.

Onwards. To coffee. So very much coffee!

My recent good mood has once again been put to an end by my wife, are there rules against putting women in the classifieds? That means what could have been a busy and reasonably enjoyable day will be full of meh.

  • Frequent torrential downpours all night kept waking me but I'm in a surprisingly fair mood. Today will mostly consist of catching up on work from last week's CBA week.

Cake making minion has no offerings today so it looks like just tea today.

    Later......

considering i've been awake since 5am i feel rather chipper

i got my new car yesterday - a skoda superb estate, which is actually quite a nice car. but my model is the basic one and it's the size of a boat  still, it'll be good to fit the bikes in.

i went to van rd trais yesterday for the first time, what a great spot created by volunteers 8)

    Morning Knuckle Draggers,

Had a restless nigh last night, seemed to wake every ten minutes which has resulted in me feeling knackered today.

Plenty of coffee is being consumed in a desperate attempt to stay awake.

Had a shocking day yesterday, work scrapped a fully working Clio Williams with perfect bodywork for £50. They wouldn't let me have it. There's a 05 plate Corsa that's due to have the same fate next week, again they won't sell it or let anyone buy it. On the not so up side I managed to salvage a apollo xc24 for the eldest to trash over the winter. Needed new inner tubes, so £1.58 each thank you very much asda lowestoft.

Today I've got a meeting to attend and then a couple of sites to visit. Finish cleaning up the apollo and do the ironing. Life on the edge

    Nope, here you go:

Dropped car off for service & MOT this morning, cycled back and sloped off into town to sup a bucket of free coffee down at Nerros - win. Got call from garage saying car will fail MOT due to a damaged sidewall on a tyre - £95 to replace - fail. At leat I'll get some more riding in later when I go collect it and have a moan at them.

  • almost late for work, as 1st train was cancelled and 2nd was late. (epic signal failure) I'm 70% certain a train almost crashed into us.

So far so good work wise, it's going pretty fast. team meeting, with the expectancy of goodies shortly.
