Hi,
Thinking of getting a pair of these as the cheapo shoes I bought from T K Maxx are going to last about 5 minutes. Are they suitable for general trail use or are they more for street and trials? I am attracted to these over the standard Freerider due to the reinforced heal and toe.
Thanks
Jim

The Freerider is supposed to be a good choice for xc/trail riding as it has a lighter weight outer compared the Karver and Impact. Also the thinner sole is way less clumky than the impact. They are not quite as grippy as the Impacts but dry better, look better and as I say are supposed to be less sweaty.
Good choice I'd say especially with tougher toe box.Closet jockey wheel pimp whore.0
